ps2 network adapter

hi i just purchesed my ps2 network adapter and wen i try 2 go online line it says dnas error it it because i havent registered or is it because im using a backup can any 1 help.

It is because you are using a backup online. You must use your original.

An original must be used. Backups won't work.

just got online with TMBO but as we could not register a password we were unable to play but it was definetly connected to play after passing the dnas test

just a lil quicky here on the DNAS issue. you can just play originals on the net correct? there is no need to disable the chip?

The first ps2 online games did not have DNAS authentication so you could go online with a backup. Only recently did Sony put DNAS on originals.



You can play your original games online but you must have your chip turned off.
