Angry meritline grrr

this people have s**ty customer service i order a 100 pk 4 x dvd-rs from them 13 days ago and still have not got them i payed useing paypal big mistake and i emailed them and they countless times and they said they could not find my order so i called them at least 7 times all i get is a stupid mail box that say to leave a name and number and they will call back. so i left name and number they never called back so i had file a report with paypal and try to get my cash back. which is takeing forever if i was to do a charge back on that would paypal take it from me or the seller ? cause i relly need to get another pack order from some were more trusted or use a cc instead of paypal cause i never had probs with them useing a cc any body got any ideas.

Yeah they do have BAD customer service. Ive dealt with them before. I sometimes place my orders while Im on the road so I call up my orders rather than via the web.

Ive called up Meritline and they just keep telling me to look at my screen as if I were in front of my pc. Thats after Ive already told them Im not in front of a PC. Then they put me on hold. I basically only use them when I absolutely get the better deal from them. If its only a couple bucks Ill just deal with someone else.

Tyler!

Funny..... I just order a 200 pack of riteks from meritline and it took about 6 days to arrive. They all work great. I paid through credit card though. Evo, did you get a receipt for your purchase when you placed your order? I'm not here trying to defend meritline I just had really good luck with them and thought I should post the results.

I get mine from Allmediaoutlet or Rima. They both usually ship the next day after the order is placed. As a matter of fact I just ordered 50 Riteks last night. I got them 2nd day air for like $14 shipping.

Do they have a good price on them, cause I need to order some?

Good deal, Tim.....As for EvoEvo, hey, did you get squared away on your order? If not, maybe a recommendation should be made to warn newbies in this matter.
