Xecuter 2.3 needs to have a controler plugged in
I was just modding out a few boxes for friends for gifts. the v2.3 chips get their power from the USB port (where the controlers plug into the MB).
For some reason you need to have a controler plugged into the port or the mod chip will not get power, and thus not boot. Not all that big of a deal - but just something that caused me a little bit of a headake until I figured it out. |

lmao, i never looked at the install directions, but if that's the case then the circuit is not completed with the controller unplugged. I find this very funny lol. Also find it wierd that they did it that way.
