dreamcast internal memory

does ne1 know how to reset the internal memory of the dreamcast (the one which stores the internet settings / PSO serial / reg codes)? thanks in advance

theres just 4 screws in the bottom of the dc. unscrew these and it looks like a miniature motherboard with a watch battery on it (its where the controlers plug in) and disconnect the cable attacting this board to the bigger motherboard. then reconnect it and screw top back on.. thats it. theres another trick to doing it by holding down different combinations or something but im to lazy to read the manual right now. i do it all the time to make sega-net accounts for my friends. they said 50 hours free and ive been using mine almost 24/7 for about 4 months... hehe. free internet access with great speed and reliable service when purchasing a 50 dollar game. w00t!

Is there a better way? I don't happen to have a DC Manual, I bought my DC used =(

My PSO keeps telling me that my Internet Settings on my DC is not correct it keeps askingme to use the browser CD to set things up again. =(

did you buy a used ######## star online or using a copied one? u cant do that, as it checks your dreamcast to see if its registered on the right date, in which case your ####ed.
