Is there a way to patch us or jap games to make them run at 60hz instead of the usual 50hz?

Go to the utilities section on dccopyworld & get the DC Pal 2 Ntsc Patcher. Its worked on any game ive tried, it's tha bomb!

can u even tell a difference when doing that? on us tv's pal games look like shit (shaking up and down on the screen) but i thought the other way around it was still playable. tvs are only like 25 frames per second anyway so i dont think that would make a big difference (unless it looks the same to u as it does to us, in which case i could see why you were lookin for it)
