Does XBOX reads DVD+R/+RW

I'd like to buy an X-ecutor 2.3 lite plus but I don't know if I could burn my backups on DVD+R or DVD+RW and have the XBOX read them?

Yes they will read DVD+ disks. If you have a Samsung DVD-Rom it mite be a little picky about DVD+Rs.

If you have a Phillips or Thomson, you won't have any problems.
