True Crime patch?

Hey all, I've been using a program to convert ps2 pal games to ntsc for awhile now and it's worked excellently. however, I think it's limit is CDs as when I tried to use it on my first DVD game recently, True Crime : Streets of LA, it stops after awhile without patching. Worse yet, I know of no sites other than this one that are good for pal->ntsc patches so I have no idea where to go to check. So does anyone know of a pal->ntsc patch for True Crime or good places to look/good programs to DL in general? Thanks.
