Championship Manager 4 (Black Screen)

When i start up Championship Manager 4 the main menu does not show up. It is just a black screen. How do i fix this? Has anybody else had this problem?

Run DXdiag and click display.

Name: (your graphic card)

i still get a black screen. Do i need to do anything after i have downloaded the latest video drivers?
