Web Browser 2.0

hi, i was wondering if i could use my pc's internet settings for my dc. I have a dsl connection and a separate modem. so im bell sympatico and im from canada. Is there any way to use the web browser 2.0 and where can i get it and how do i use it?

thx a lot. I dont really want to wait for that broadband adaptor or whatever it is because ive been waiting to play on the internet for the longest time and i have a few online games that i cant even play.
