DC Connection via Broadband

I'm very new to this...in fact I still can't find where I can download rar files...but here is something I'm wondering if anyone has thought about.

If the DC runs on Windows CE then theoreticly there is a way to get to the CE part of the machine. Once your in the CE part, you should (based on the way that CE works) be able to share the GD-ROM over a network. Once your over the network you should be able to access all the files on the GD-ROM and copy them to your comptuer by using the Broadband adapter and hooking it up to a hub and plugging your computer in the hub.

Maybe I'm way far off here...let me know what you think. If you have any help with the getting to CE part let me know because I have enough MS knowledge to try the rest if I can get to CE.

You aren't off at all, marcus (the same guy who developed the serial interface) developed a way to have the dc and pc communicate over an ethernet connection. Goto: http://mc.pp.se/dc/ for info.
