how to burn

hi guys i've seen some ripped back ups of ps2 dvd games without the videos, so my question is how to burn those games, i mean by using cd-rs or dvd-rs since they ps2 games thx

wow what a waste then some games i've seen are like not even using the 10% of the dvd capacity
