I wonder that to. The folder I have extracted is:

EXIT
MPEGAV
VCD

What should I do to view the file in MPEGAV?

it would appear to be a video cd image, find the biggest file on the cd (should be a *.dat) and open it in media player, with any luck it'll play, or use powerdvd to play the cd after mounting the image using alcohol or whatever (or indeed burning the image)...

If you having any Virtual drive, you can mount the .bin file to it. And run Windows Media 9 and what's it. It's support VCD and SVCD now. But only when it's a hole CD. not if you extract the file so it is a .dat file!
