Maximum speed of CD copy

What's the maximum speed i have to set CloneCD or DiskJuggler to burn DC CD?
I'm using a Plextor PX-W1210A, what's best choice between CloneCD and DiskJuggler?

I have the same cd writer, i use WinOnCd (that came with the writer) and just do it straight from CD if the original is good quality (no scratches etc) if the cd has some scratches on do an image using Clone cd. I usually write @ 4 speed cos it usually a better copy
