Question VCD to DVD?

Ok I got a few one disk vcd movies I would like to convert and put them on DVD, I figure I can fit 2-3 movies per DVD, I dowloaded a few sets of different ways to do this, anyhow I have not been successful in any way. Can some one please email me or post here step by step how to do this. I would appreciate it alot, thanks

MPEGAV is the folder where the video files are stored they are named something like AVSEQ01.DAT just re encode it with TMPGEnc then use Nero Vision Express to burn it to DVD. you can even re encode right off of the disc, just make sure in the file types you select all files i used TMPGEnc Plus 2.5
