Which Ritek???

I bought a hundred dvdrs a long time ago and as the ps2 collection grew, so have the backups!

Anyway cause i've not needed any for ages i was just wondering which ritek dye is the best to go for.
I usually buy from www.bigpockets.co.uk and they have quite a few ritek discs...some with dye 03 and some with 04.

Which are the best 4 ps2?

Thanks in advance, take a look at the link below and comment which u think are best (Or if you have used before)

Cheers,
J

Both g03 and g04 are good. I would use the DATASAFE MEDIA Disks as there made by ritek and are very reliable i use them. I fist started with bulkpaq but there not too good for ya machine caus of the princo dye stick with the datasafe media also go to
www.svp.co.uk and see if you can see your disks cheaper there ok.

G03 and G04 are equally good. G03 is 1x/2x. G04 is 4x. Verbatim are good but too expensive when you compare to the price of Ritek.

Ive bought some Verbatims and had problems with burning to the very end of the dvd. I was only able to burn to just about 4gigs, no higher.

Still have yet to have problems with any Riteks.

Tyler,
Very ironic but I had the exact problem you described with a batch of riteks, only being able to burn about 4 gigs and that was it. Actually I could burn more than four gigs if I burned at 1X instead of 2X. Very odd. After 4 gigs on this batch I had to burn at 1X because if I burned at 2X I would get a coaster. Just thought I'd share.

Yeah as a matter of fact I will post a pic of the Verbatim I used. I got mine from my local Sams Club store for about $1.50 each through the spindle of 25. I dont remember the exact amount I paid for them but at the time I did the math and it was a good price.

I will post a pic a bit later cause my Digi cameras at my house and Im at work.
