is there a program that will let me save gs codes into a psx iso?

something that i can save like a infinite health code into a psx iso the every time i play the game ill have infinite health. kinda like making my own trianer

Oooooh I see. Hmmm, well you would have to know where exactly the Gameshark codes inject the changes. Then when you change the positions manually in hex editor save your progress then use ApplyPPF to make your patch.
