EA Swap

I have a ver 4 PS2 with a neo key and GS 1.8. When I hold in the reset button and load gs the tray doesn't open when I let it go. Whats the deal?

You have a neo key , the ea boot method you are describing is for a neo 2.2 mod chip. You must patch most ea titles for them to work with a neo key.
