apple x pro

i recently got my xbox modded and the guy told me it was a xecutor2 pro or something like that but when i opened it up and looked it said apple x pro, is there any difference in these chips as far as what they can do with evox or are they pretty much the same thing.

unfortunately on a scale of one through 10, and the X-ecuter pro being a 10, the apple chip would rank about a 2 or 3.

It is not bios upgradable, which means you cannot choose what you want to boot up. If future patches are released, you cannot upgrade to those.

X-ecuter is upgradable, up to 4 different bios, meaning up to 4 differnt boot patterns. Different logo patterns, animations on/off, and has flash protection incase it messes up during a flash.

On the brightside, there is a program called pheonix bios loader. You can use that to boot up newer bios and such directly from the hdd.

im curious, how much did you pay to get it modded? Because if he said it was an x2pro, then sold you something different, you should talk to him about it. Applex is 20, and x2pro is like 45. And x2lite+ is about 50, which is solderless, and upgradeble.

i got ripped off then. i paid him 90 to install it. unfortunately i live in vegas and i got it modded in los angeles. it boots up games just fine but i wanted to upgrade the harddrive and all that stuff. i was wondering why he told me that if i take of the sticker that it would void the warranty on the install. lessoned learned. now i will buy another xbox and mod it myself, thats what i get for being lazy.dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmn!
thanks for the reply.

They are pretty cheap. btw, the installer voided the warrenty when installing the chip. The only warrenty there would be one that he issues himself.

If you cannot solder and can burn the 50 bucks, get the x2lite+.
