Ps2 black and white

I have a ps2 with neo 2.2 chip, some of my backup games play in black and white is there any way round this so they play in colour

Just patch the games to your region.

ive already burned most on to cd, if i get a different scart will that work. I have a pal ps2 and usa games play in black and white

Just recopy your game but before you burn it to a disc patch your image with a NTSC 2 PAL patch.
