yes that is a problem many people have been having with snes station. apparently you have to have more than 10 games for it to work but the only time i have had it work is with something like 30 games. the program is very very buggy if you ask me. the problems dont just end there either, if you play the game with sound on, it skips/glitches and sounds horrible and also slows the frame rate down dramatically. i dont think the ps2 is to blame even though the roms run fine on the PC. surely the ps2 can handle emulating snes roms, even the ps1 should be more than capable. hopefully in the future they will upgrade snesstation so the emulation runs more smoothly. Personally, i would rather play snes games on my ps1 if i could becuase i dont want to go putting buggy snes emulators on it.

BTW, dont use all your good blanks like i did, test with crappy cheap cdrs instead and when it works use your good reliable cdrs. anyway, good luck getting it to work.

there is a snes stn.. and your problem could be one of many.. but i am guessing that it is just that you have a dvd controler or soumthing in the controler slot.. just to make sure use 1 dual shock ps2 controller and unplug everything else!! that should fix u up!! tell us how it worked for ya!

eakinsme, i just tried that myself and it helps none whatsoever. the only one that works, plays fine every time no matter what, all the other coasters will not work no matter whats done.
damn snesstation pisses me off! do you get the same problem with the music glitching and the framerate slowing right down? the only way i can get a good framerate with uniterrupted gameplay is with sound switched off. I hope the makers fix this soon, but i dont think they will.

Yeah I think you need at least 20 roms or so. Mine works fine.

Yeah it is a little laggy even with the sound disabled. That is normal. The next release is supposed to fix that, but who knows when that will be.

The beta version is out now but only to a very small and close group of the GameBase team.

The developer Hiryu hasn't had much time recently to continue with the release, so it looks unlikely that he will release something this side of christmas (I could be wrong).

All I can say is that if you are an emulation junkie - sit back and wait as it will be worth it
