just got my ps2 mod today and dvd region x
want to know is thay a list of cd rom games that need patches to work on the above setup
or r all cd rom games a straight copy using cdrwin

thank m8 but most r pal and ntsc patches also swap trick patches do i need to use the swap trick patches with neo 2.2
i have silent scope and tekken tag which i want to back up, do i need to apply the swap trick patch or just do a straight copy using cdrwin

If you use CDRWin, then you'll need the swap trick patch appropriate to the game you're copying. With NEO2 if you use CloneCD (compatible burner), you generally don't need to patch.

i backed up silent scope with clone.cd and no patch and mine works perfectly

No I couldn't get mine to work with clone cd i had to use cdrwin to read it then burn it with Fireburner. Does this help

i made a back up of tekken tag with clone cd , in fact its the only proggie i use

So what games have you backuped so far with clone cd? Do you think all games out now will work with clone cd? And what bout these DVD games I heard about (GT 3 e.g.)
