I have had some problems with 4x4 Evolution, Sno Cross, but they can be burned with trackmerge. There are 2 games that I was unable to burn and didn't even work with trackmerge : Sezga Extreme Sports and The Grinch...

Special Settings w/Software:set max image to 80 min.
write only
burnproof off (never tried on)
set burn speed slide bar to copy to a temp image first.
check these settings
ignore read errors
raw read/ write
edc/ecc

and for nero do a search in help for sony and it will tell you how to backups sony playstation games use the settings it says an it will burn all dc non booting games

-boot disk
-and hundereds of playstation games and pc

i tried everything in disc juggler...no joy
downloaded psx copy, updated aspi layer (now windows media player don't work..but who cares !), clicked copy disk and HOORAY !!

cheers big papa, thanks for making me aware of psxcopy, only s/w that can do those pesky self-boots on my ageing writer.
