Hmm, seems to me that the only thing you are doing wrong is the DJ3 bit. Download a copy of DJ2 and burn with that. It's better for DC games.

What CDwriter have you got m8? You may want to have a go at downloading the CloneCD version and burning that instead. At least it don't matter too much which version of CloneCD you have.....

Try with both types and see what happens!

I have the same problem but with CloneCD. I d-load the CloneCD image, burn seems to be fine and when I test it in my DC nothing happens. I use the absolute latest version of CloneCD and I have a external HP 7200+ cd-writer. Anyone have ideas, suggestions?

I've used the CloneCD version and noticed the DC tends to do a lot of seeking before it loads. The Nero version is far better in my opinion all boot cds i've burned using this version have loaded almost instantly with little disc activity, compared with any CloneCD ones that seem to take ages to load.

I'll try the nero version maybe it will work better. I hope its not my crappy CD-burner that messes things up though.

i got my boot cd working, i tried using clonecd, diskjuggle and fireburner still no luck then as a last resort i tried updating the firmware on my samsung sw-204 from bs13 to bs21 and it worked with discjuggler(this one reccomended), clonecd and fireburner. one thing i dont uderstand is why it worked cause i first thought it did not work cause my burner didnt support multi-session writing so i assumed with the new firmware it did support multisession but when i checked cdrwin the "open new session" was still greyed out. so is my burner multisession or not?
