Please Help With PHANTASY STAR ONLINE ISO

I downloaded the ISO of PSO and it downloaded fine. I run it on discjuggler and it won't let me burn it. I look at it in the explorer and it says the file is 744 MB. Can someone please tell me how to burn this and also what settings to put on.

It wont let you burn it.

Are you getting an error?
What does it say?
