is it just my computer that the nocd fix doesn't work? i replaced the .dll file but that did nothing... can a cracker come up with a nocd exe maybe, or can someone tell me how i can get this .dll file to work.

As Vira says give the link a try....I'm inclined to believe it may be the EUro crack you need to replace the Engine.exe with and not the DLL file
