Install the game. Update with the official patch.
Download BOTH the 1.0 and the 1.02 fixes from GCW. Use the Tron.exe from the NoCD 1.0, use the Lithtech.exe from the 1.02 file. You can now play the game without a CD and it will show the correct updated version number within the game. It's not rocket science, you know.....
