Question PSO (PAL) in 60Hz?

Is it possible to patch Phantasy Star Online PAL so it runs in 60Hz?

It's already enabled so I think you need to modify the game to get 60Hz (very bad Sega). Would it be possible to take the NTSC version default.xbe and use it with the PAL version?

If ur box is modded U can try the enigmah video mode switch boot cd. Its also available in iso format to burn on a cdrw. Or if u got evox u could install it as an app under "launch apps from HD".

This one seems way more useful than the MS dashboards pal 60 mode. Unlike pal 60 enigmah boots every import (and normal) game 60hz. MGS2 PAL (which doesnt run 60hz also - letterboxed) even runs too fast cuz I think its speed was optimized for PAL :P

I've tried "enigmah video mode switch disc" and I booted it from evox but the screen just went black for a short while and then returned to evox (is it supposed to do that?) but the game ran at the same speed.

What I did was pressing the button for NTSC mode and just rebooted my machine. Then I just insert a game and play. It never changes back unless u change the videomode urself. For me it worked for every game I tried, although most games are already 60hz.

Maybe PSO is a different story because of xblive settings etc.

Enigmah Videomode Switchdisc did the job! I must have done something wrong when I installed it before.
