Are these CD-Rs good?

I was looking for some old Mitsui or some Shinrais (always used em) but in my country (Argentina) it was impossible to get em.

From what I've read in some post Verbatim were good though in the past I walked away from em coz some bad reputation among couple friends.

I know they're 16x, but I have a plextor 24/10/40a so didnt need more than that (I burn at 16 just in case, as to reach 24x it uses some mechanism that makes it hard to read to some old CDROMs)
