Half-Life Opp Forces Back-Up!!!!!!!

Can anyone please help me with making a back-up of Half-Life Oppsosing Forces. I have tried cdrwin and nero but nothing seems to work....its almost like the cd doesn't want to be copied - ie it will install fine but if i use a copy prog then the cd has a **** fit...can someone help please.................

I think it uses some old version of safedisc. Give it a try with Alcohol 120% or blindwrite.

what method did you originally try, and with what program?

ok originally i tried nero to make an image...no go....then i tried cdrwin....no go.....then i tried clonecd but i wasn't sure if it was working as the read speed dropped down to only 0.1Kps...but last night i retried clonecd and left it going when i went to bed and when i woke this morning my women informed me that it worked...she thinks.....and as such i'm not game to try an burn the clonecd image...but other than that i haven't tried to copy it from 1 cd to the next..i've got as far as making an image
