2 Questions about PS2 network system package

Has anyone baught one of those PS2's that comes with the network adaptor?

First I am wondering if it is the same as the other V7's, because I looked at the box at the store, and I noticed the model # was
SCPH 39010, as opposed to the normal 39001. I am asking because I want to have a DMS3 chip installed into it.

This one may be stupid, but I really would like to know, does it come with the expansion bay cover on the back, or just the network adaptor attached.

THANKS EVERYONE

What about being a normal V7, can it be modded just as other V7's can

here is a pic of a ps2 with the network adapter: http://images.amazon.com/images/P/B0...1.LZZZZZZZ.jpg
I think it probably come with the cover, it wouldn't be right if it didn't.
I read on another forum that a 39010 is a v7 and someone confirmed to work with exactly this chip, but even if it were a v8 the dms3 v2 is compatible.
