TSOP flashing question

I am trying to flash a TSOP on a v1.3 xbox and have the 007auf thing working... it boots evoX. I also have a bios I want to use, however, it is 256k and not 1024k like the TSOP. How then do I go about this? Also, I was wondering if anyone knew how similiar the v1.2 and v1.3 xbox motherboards were? Am I suppose to connect the same jumpers as I would on a v1.2 box to make the TSOP flashable? Does anyone know of any good diagrams?

Okay if you need a 1024k (1mg) BIOS heres how you go about doing it.

Find and download a program called X-Ecuter 2.0 Bios Manger. Witch can be found here.

Now run X-Ecuter 2.0 Bios Manger and click the "import" button. A new window will open up, select the BIOS that you want to flash yout TSOP with. Continue to import the SAME BIOS to the other banks until they're all loaded with the same BIOS

Now click the save button, and save the bios bin as "bios.bin" or what ever you want to save it as. And I would suggest saving it in lower-case b/c it may not work in uper-case.

And now you have your 1024k (1mg) BIOS file you need.

As for the 1.2 vs 1.3 boards they are 100% the same, so the jump points should be the same.

Are the TSOP for all xbox versions the same size? All versions have a 1 meg bios? Also, if they boards are the same, why wouldn't the cheapmod work on a v1.3 and it will on a v1.2?

I really cant tell ya if all XBoxes have the same TSOP and TSOP size.

And as far as I know, the cheapmod dose work on the 1.3s.

Are you sure because I thought that v1.3 didn't have the LFRAME point on the LPC points?

I will have to get back to you on that. I know I saw some thing about how to install a cheapmod in a 1.3 over at the CBox-Scene Forums.

I guess I was wrong. I did some countless searching I found what I was and wasn't looking for. I did found out how ever the 29 wire mod will work, but I don't know if the solder points are the same, and I guess thats what I rember reading about.

As for the cheapmod it won't work on a 1.3 b/c on the 1.3s the LFrame isn't any ware to be found. But the X2 2.2 and other newer modchips will b/c they produces their own LFrame signal.
