Do you dummy your utopia bootdiscs?

I have a working bootdisc (clonecd format) and it loads about a minute or so (with nasty noises) until the utopia screen comes.
I think its because there is not much on the cd and the DC reads from outer rim of cd? Am i right and will dummiing it solve this problem?

download the diskjuggler version utopia bootdisk and burn it with that DONT add a dummy file

Download the Nero version of the Utopia Boot disk and burn it with nero. Don't dummie it. My's just take a few seconds to load.
