What is a fixed exe?
Is a fixed .exe the same as a no cd .exe? What does it do?

fixed exe: exe with copy protection stripped, exe might still have internal cdchecks (which should be passed if a simple iso is made) like gta having a cdcheck etc.. which require you to have the (backup) cd in the drive, or the original .. whatever floats your boat
no-cd exe: as above with the cdcheck removed so you can play without a cd in the drive (tho for most of these to work a cdrom drive must be in the pc (either virtual or physical)

But thats the thing, all of this kind of info is all on the main site. Its just that some folks are too lazy to go look.
