I bought DC-X at my local Waldensoftware and although it is VGA compatible, and it DOES play backups, it WILL NOT PLAY non-self-booting games.

DOH! A boot disk that wont play NON-selfboot games.

doh! cos the dc-x plays backups..self-bootable backups...even action replay does it...but none of them plays non-bootable ones which require the bootcd..which dun work in vga mode!

Well, did you guys check out my link to that spiffy VGA Adapter that plays the games that the other adapters can't handle?
