Memory Card Copying

Bighap,

Is there a way to take a saved game file and copy it to a totally seperate memory card?

I don't have a Sharkport and I can see why they don't make them anymore. So I can't use the download procedure to get the roster files that I need.

Instead, I am going to buy one off of eBay and split the cost with a buddy of mine. So I am going to have to copy the roster file for him.

Is there a tutorial on this? Or is it just that simple??

Thanks!

I believe you can copy files from card to another. Just stick in both cards in your ps2 and there should be a copy option, at least the ps1 did. I only have one memory card so I am not positive, but highly doubt they would remove such a useful option.

Is there an updated Sharkport? Or another device? I can see why they stoppeed making it. Its just too time consuming.

bighap is correct just put in 2 memory cards and higlight the file you want, hit the X button and you get a copy option.

get yourself a x-port it's basically a sharkport (just like gameshark and action replay), it also supports sharkport files.

you can find it here

If they have it on their US site it will support US systems.

They have x-port on ebay. If you do ebay, that is a good source.
