quake 1 question c'mon folks help me out here

Ok i downloaded quake 1 from dcemu.com, i got all 3 files for diskjuggler, now! im using disk 3 cause for some reason disk 2 was acting weird! FIRST! i burned the quake.cdi file into a cd-w in case i messed up! and it worked! when i click on the disk in my computer i see these folder's and files a folder that says "id1" another folder that says "wince" a windows file that says "0gdtex.pvr" and another windows file that says "1st_read.bin" and finally a .exe named "Midway_1" so does that mean i did it right and now i can burn it into a cd-r?? is it going to self boot?? is it going to work??

oh! i forgot to add! like do i have to add a dummy file?? or anything cause i didnt.
