I need help copying Diablo II CD

I have tried to search the archives but I keep getting the message, that my search criterion is to short but I used the same subject.

I am new to burning so don't thing this is a dumb question.

I am using and Artec CD burner 52x24x52x
I am using Alcohol as my burner software.

I have actually burned two copies of the game and it went into my computer and worked. But I came back and hour later and it was looking for the play CD again. As I had originally tried to burn it with CloneCD with a DVD/CD burner and it didn't work at all, but that CD burner didn't support sub-burn something or the other. I just need a copy as back I have several kids and anything can happen to the original.

I don't know what additionally info that anyone may need. But any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Your burner must be able to read subchannel data and write it uncorrected.
