xbox patch

The new xbox-games detect if your xbox has a modchip installed and doesn´t start if you have a chip installed. For example: I downloaded wolfenstein to the harddrive on my xbox but i can´t play it because the game detects my chip. I know I need a patch to bypass this. Does anyone know what the patch is called and where i can find it?

You need to update your bios or use craxtion to patch the default.xbe

I´m sort of a newbie. Do you mean the bios on the modchip or on the harddrive?

Also RTCW was released prepatched and does not need patching.

What modchip do you have? And if your backing up the game from an original you will definitly need to patch it or update your bios on your chip due to the media flag checks.
