Just curious
Im wondering if i can use my gameshark cd to load backup ps1 games on my ps2. Its a ps1 gameshark cd, and it works as normal on the ps2. So do i just do the lil slide trick with a flat object to load the game into the tray or will it not work?

Would it still load? I mean, could you just manually insert and eject your games?

Getting a mod is the best route, I don't think losing 200$ is better than playing backups for cheap.

I just dont want to void my warranty, thats all. Plus Im confused about all these different mod chips and what not. Usb, no solder, solder...blah. And even tho the warranty is only 90 days, Ive had
sony replace my out of warranty ps2 before for free. And Im poor, so I cant buy a mod chip anyway lol. |
