problem with .bin .cue

Hi,
i would like to know if nero manage well the burning with a cuesheet.
I'm asking this because my maken x (bin + cue) doesn't load with or without utopia boot disc.
I've DL alcohol and CDRWin, use this programs makes a difference or is the same thing??

use nero to burn the .cue...
just start nero> close the wizard> click on FILE> BURN IMAGE.
then find the .cue file and hit BURN

I have used this system but the game does not load.
What does it means? Maybe the file is corrupt? Tha game is a non selfboot game, this make any difference?
