clone cd doesn't "see" an image
Hi, first of all, this is a cool forum.
I usually use Nero for burning and stuff and don't really know that much about backups, so please bear with me. BTW, this is not an emergency or anything like that but i am have a problem with clone cd v4.4.02. First, i clicked on "read to image" and got four files; .cue .img .sub .ccd. Cool, but now to test this app, i tried to burn the image by first selecting "write from image file" and then browsed to the containing folder which displayed only the ".ccd" file. That's where the problem is, i get a popup window that states "Error opening xxxxx file.img: the system cannot find the file specified". Is this the limitation of the trial version, or is it a setting?? Anyway, like i said, no big deal if i can't find a solution, maybe this app is too basic for my needs, but i like basic and thought that i would give it a shot. Thanks for any and all replies! |

Try remaking the image, or try using Alcohol 120% to burn or 'mount' the image as it can handle ccd images as well.

He He..
... well I guess my point is, if I can't use Clone CD to do it all, then I don't really want it.
Thanx for your reply gh0sth@cker! |
