Need help with EvoX
I recently bought a Matrix mod chip for my xbox, I came home, programmed it with EvoX blue BIOS, and I made the CD-RW. When I put the cd in the xbox, it only tells me that it can't recognize the disc, and I also made about 5 or 6 more copies, but none of them seem to work. , Plz someone help me out?

did you compile the EvoX files into an iso using xISO so that your burning software records an xbox compatible cd? just burning the files onto a cd wont work, u have to make an iso with xISO or something that can make it compatible with your xbox, at least that is my understanding of it

If your making a Evox CD. Read the EvoX sticky and follow the Data Burn Sticky on how to make a disc. I would suggest that you make a Dummy Folder and add a 500Mb dummy file and add that to list of files that make the boot disc. That way it should boot a lot better due the dummy file on the disc.
If else fails check your connections for your Modchip Last edited by HANS_COBBO; 06-07-2003 at 07:04. |
