Cycling Manager patch 1.1r

hey... i have cycling manager 3 and i have a nocd to the version 1.0... but when i patch'd the game the nocd wont work.. (patch 1.1r), so could one of your billiant guys help me out and create a nocd to the 1.1r version? (protection is starforce3)
