Is it possible to copy PS2 games on to the PSX(new PS2 TIVO-like device) and play?

I'm wondering will the new PSX(the new PS2 TIVO like device announce recently) be able to play games from the hard drive like the xbox? So I'll be able to copy and rip the game on to the PSX's 120GB hard drive and play? Thx
