As long as the disc image file format is BIN or ISO, you can use CDRWIN; otherwise, you'll need to use whatever program that disc image file format was designed for. It it's an ISO, go to the second button from the right (on the top) and select "Record an ISO image" and choose that ISO. Select CD-XA and Mode 2 (2336), Close Session, Write Postgap. You'll need a boot loader disc to play it.
