Re: A little help

Did you try loading Evox ( After backing up the original drive ) and running x-mox media player, thats supposed to run DivX files.

This reminds me of a friend I've got that tries to fix everything with a hammer. Why can't you just use the best tool for the job?

You bought a modchip AND want to install Evox AND a media player to watch DIVX courses?? The Box does some really cool stuff but put the hammer down and just use a PC. It's a lot easier.

Wont you just be able to point the ini to the DVD drive, and run it from there ??

Hehe. The media player is just one of the cool Xbox apps.

I'm not sure exactly how you have it set up but basically - yes use a folder that the media player will look to whenever you call for a video to be played. Just make sure the media player is looking into the right folder.

I think you could do without one if you really want to configure your .ini to look for every video on your E drive everytime but it would be a lot more configuring and slower.
