how to burn dc games

i downloaded crazy taxi from a site and i got 4 rar files:
-Crazy Taxi T01 Md1 2048.rar
-Crazy Taxi T01 Md1 2048.r00
-Crazy Taxi T01 Md1 2048.r02
-Crazy Taxi T01 Md1 2048.r03

i unrared 'em and got 4 *.cdi files, what do i do now?
i got discjuggler 3.00.736
