Burning over cd-r capacity

I'm trying to burn GTA vice city and the first disk is about 765mb. How do i burn this when my cd-r media only holds 700 mb. will overburning make up the 65 mb difference?

Why you thinking GTA-VC CD1 is 765 MByte ?
Perhaps the image you created is 765 MByte, but when you burn it, it will fit on the CD-R.

Use the same program for burning, which you've used for creating the image.
When you downloaded the image DELETE IT and read the BOARD RULES !!!

Once again, use the program that YOU used to make the .bin file. Not knowing how a bin file was made is a 101% sign that you got that .bin file from someone else. Now stop lying before the big guns get pulled out, 'mkay ?

PS This would be a very bad time to change your story to "but a friend made it for me", so don't bother.
