Setting up Chameleon?

I have finally managed to get my chameleon flashed. Prblem is that when I hook it up to the matrix I still get problems when turning on the xbox. I have cut all the tracks on the matrix shown in the diagrams. Could this have something to do with the ID tags that are included with the chameleon user manual that are supposed to go into the evox ini file? If so under which section are they supposed to go? Am I supposed to create a new section for them?
