I need help booting PS2 dvd backups.

I have a DVD Burner but do i need anything to be able to boot them on my PS2 v4?

You need a modchip installed to your PS2 to be able to play backups.

or go with the v4 no solder there very ez to install and dont cost much at all

Ok what i meant was with out changing my PS2 NO modchip of any kind no FLIPTOP NOTHIN LIKE THAT. i'm looking for a self boot or a boot up disk or something of that nature.

it's the format of the game pal is europe and ntsc is american

Your PS2 has to be modded to boot backups.

You CAN get a no-solder modchip that plugs into the USB port or whatever. It's kinda sucky but not so bad with an older machine.
